Brina Kay will perform as a musical guest and a speaker on songwriting at the Folklore Sessions. This event was organized by fans of Taylor Swift and proceeds will benefit the nonprofit Stand Up to Cancer.

Although we are not affiliated with Taylor Swift, her brand, nor her record label, we are all very big Taylor Swift Fans, AKA Swifties!

It all started with a plea from Jenny, a fifty-one-year-old Swiftie that had just became obsessed with Taylor and discovered the fandom.  Jenny wanted to learn all she could about Taylor, and being a Swiftie.  Jokingly, she asked if there was some retreat she could go to, so she could learn everything.  That struck a chord with the fandom, and many Swifties replied stating that they wish there was such thing as a Swiftie Retreat!

And so the Folkmore Sessions idea was born!

Soon the "Retreat" became an idea for a virtual meet-up, with music, a craft fair, and more!
